Privacy Policy

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Search queries: We log what addresses are searched on our platform. This helps us understand demand and improve our service. Search queries from logged-in users are associated with their account. Anonymous searches are stored without user identification.

Property views: When you view a property analysis page, we record which property was viewed and the estimated savings shown. This helps us measure our service quality and conversion.

Purchase records: When you purchase a report, we store which property you purchased, the amount paid, and your Stripe transaction ID. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

We do not collect your Social Security number, bank account information, or tax return data.

We do not store credit card numbers. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe.

We do not use tracking pixels from Facebook, TikTok, or similar advertising platforms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

To provide the service: Generate your appeal report, manage your account, and deliver purchased reports.

To improve the product: Understand which areas have the most demand, identify data quality issues, and improve our comparable property algorithm.

To communicate with you: Send purchase confirmations and important account updates. We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy applies to the authentication process. We receive only your name and email.

Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Purchase records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

Search and view logs: Retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted.

Access: You can request a copy of all data we hold about you.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data. Purchase records may be retained for legal compliance.

Correction: If any information we hold about you is incorrect, let us know and we'll fix it.
